Join us on Thursday, February 26th, 2026, 5.30 PM at the Wester Hailes Library for our 2026 Annual General Meeting!

This is a great opportunity to voice any community matters you may wish to discuss, to learn more about the Trust and our progress on the 36 projects proposed by the Wester Hailes Local Place Plan, and to find out how you can become a member and get more involved moving forward! As always, complimentary childcare and a community meal will be provided.

What to expect

There’ll be:

  • A community meal to share together before the meeting begins

  • A presentation of the Trust’s 2024 + 2025 Annual Accounts

  • Election of the Trust’s Chair, Vice chair and Treasurer

  • A presentation of the Trust’s 2025 Community Development activity

  • An overview of the Trust’s planned activity for the 2026 year

  • The opportunities to connect with neighbours, local groups, and organisers, and to share your ideas for Wester Hailes

  • Space for children to join and participate — families are especially encouraged to attend, with free childcare provided
